Mission

Penrose School is committed to providing students with opportunities to achieve their highest individual potential, both academically and socially in preparation for life beyond high school.--Mission Statement: Penrose inspires the next generation of S.T.E.M. leaders by developing a passion for S.T.E.M. careers at a young age and maintaining interest throughout middle school. We provide students with an experiential education that engages, enriches, and excites through hands on activities meant to have students learn by doing.--Within the wider community, the Penrose School mission is to successfully work with business partners in both the public and private sector. This positive relationship will continue to enhance and enrich our students' learning experiences, emotional and social growth, and self-confidence.

Points Of Pride

At Penrose we take pride in our STEM Programs: Robotics, STEM Flyers HockeyProgram, Aviation, Heinz Wildlife and Gardening Clubs--Our students also learn responsibility and the benefits of hard work through our Win/Win Program.

Admissions Policy

Students must live within designated catchment boundaries; students may apply to a school(s) outside of their neighborhood and will be considered via lottery based on a available space.
