Student Achievement
Raw data measures student performance on standardized tests. Not all schools take the same standardized tests. Direct comparisons between different tests should not be made.
Building a healthy community is an important part of ensuring a safe learning environment. At Building 21, we understand that creating this community will require intentional planning and practice. In an effort to create the environment that we envision, Building 21 students and staff will devote 3.5 hours a week to our advisory model. Advisories will serve as safe spaces for students to reflect on personal mastery, team building, and short- and long-term graduation goals. At Building 21, we believe relationships are the core of our work and we are dedicated to the use of Restorative Practices in every aspect of our school including the work that we do with students, teachers and families. How is the rating for School Incidents calculated? This rating represents the reportable incident count per 100 students. Reported suspensions and expulsions are not factored into the rating for School Incidents.
