The DePaul Catholic School is an innovative urban elementary school dedicated to carrying out the legacy of St. Vincent de Paul by empowering students to be life long learners, leaders and servants who build the kingdom of God.

DePaul Catholic is proud to be an Independence Mission School. We are the first school on the East Coast to host Seton Blended Learning, a system that targets the individual needs of students by combining technology and small group instruction. Our graduates attend the most academically challenging high schools.
Admissions Policy
We welcome students of all faiths, from any location in the city of Philadelphia. For admission to Pre-K3, students must be 3 years old by September 1 and fully potty-trained. For admission to Pre-K4, students must be 4 years old by September 1. For admission to kindergarten, students must be 5 years old by September 1. For admission to first grade, students must be 6 years old by September 1.Each student needs the following:
- Birth certificate
- A current immunization record
- School District Physical and Dental Examination Forms
- The most recent report card
- A teacher recommendation form
- Developmental health questionnaire
- School visit and grade level assessment
