Franklin S. Edmonds Elementary School
Mission
To develop and sustain an academic community in which every stakeholder -- teachers, staff, students and their families -- models lifelong learning and respect for themselves and others so that our children will become positive, contributing members of society. We will prepare our students to live full lives within the global community and to embrace individuality. Our students are viewed as individuals, and every effort is made to accommodate each child's unique strengths. Our school will promote a positive, safe and nurturing environment in partnership with our families. We value the relationships we have with our families and know with this collaboration our students will excel. We will provide rigorous academic instruction so that upon leaving the F.S. Edmonds community our students will have the character, knowledge and skills to determine their own personal and professional destiny.
