The following mission statement was created to encompass the values of Franklin Towne:

All students enter Franklin Towne Charter High School with various backgrounds and levels of academic ability. The nurturing environment and family-like culture at Franklin Towne encourages students to discover their untapped potential, which elevates them to their highest levels of learning and achievement. In choosing from numerous, diverse, real-world electives, students build upon their foundation as lifelong learners. The growth and success of our students extends beyond the educational setting and empowers them to become responsible citizens and leaders in a rapidly changing world.

As a recipient of numerous accolades and accreditations, including being named the 2024 Philadelphia Inquirer Best Charter School Winner - Philly Favorites, and holding the Philadelphia Charters for Excellence Accreditation from The Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter Schools, we continue to set the standard for educational distinction. Our dedication to fostering a supportive learning environment is evident in our past recognitions, such as the 2014 National Blue Ribbon School and our consistent recognition as a Pennsylvania State Distinguished Title I School. Entrance Instructions

The main entrance to Franklin Towne Charter High School is located in Building 108 of the Frankford Arsenal complex on Tacony Street in the Bridesburg section of Philadelphia. Parking can be found in the surrounding area after the security checkpoint.
