Student Achievement
Raw data measures student performance on standardized tests. Not all schools take the same standardized tests. Direct comparisons between different tests should not be made.
MaST II has implemented bullying programs each year and has moved to using Raptor for background checks of every person who enters the school. The system does an ID check against the Megan's Law list to make sure each individual is clear to enter the school without putting children at risk. MaST II now also uses a finger-scanning system for eating lunch and checking things in and out. It helps avoid lost money or stolen passcodes. In addition, doors are always locked. How is the rating for School Incidents calculated? This rating represents the reportable incident count per 100 students. Reported suspensions and expulsions are not factored into the rating for School Incidents.
