Mastery Schools empowers students with the knowledge and skills they need to pursue their dreams and succeed after graduation. Frederick Douglass Mastery Campus is a school where children are invited to laugh, learn, share, and create with their peers which in turn prepares them to navigate a rapidly changing world with confidence and a sense of self.

Admissions Policy

Open to all students who live in North Philadelphia in the school attendance zone or catchment area within the 19121 zip code. (Click here to see the Douglass attendance zone map.)  If space permits, the school may also enroll students who live outside of the attendance zone. Enrollment priority is given to the following groups in this order: Sibling attending (in-catchment), Lives in catchment.
