Our mission is for our students to develop the skills and knowledge they need to be employable in the high-tech industries of the 21st century. Our vision is to provide each student with the skills and knowledge for college and the workplace in equal measures.

Application information is available online at www.petchs.org. We will be taking part in Apply Philly Charter which will accept applications from September 20th through January 27th. Our lottery is February 1st or the Monday following if February 1st lands on a weekend.
