Must have all A's and B's in major subjects and score at least 88th percentile on a standardized test. Must have exemplary attendance and punctuality, and no negative disciplinary reports. Unique qualifications of a candidate may be considered to ensure a community whose members have diverse backgrounds and life experiences and that enhance equity and school diversity. Applying to 9th grade: Students must have a score of at least the 88th percentile on their 7th-grade PSSA and have completed Algebra 1 and French 1/Spanish 1. Priority for admission will be given to Masterman’s current 8th-grade students and students accepted typically far exceed these minimums.
