We combine rigorous academics with a strong focus on providing a well-rounded education. By having school hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., students have time for over three hours of literacy, 90 minutes of math and daily science/social studies. At the same time, we have a focus on character-building and enrichment opportunities like art and music. Students also have daily recess, and kindergarten students take a nap. By the end of kindergarten, over 75 percent of students are reading on grade level. Saturday morning sessions four times a year provide a chance for students, staff and families to come together for hands-on projects and performances.
