Our schedule has been designed so that every morning classes meet to discuss expectations, habits of work and citizenship. These morning blocks build a strong sense of “crew” in every class so that students understand their goals and expectations beyond their coursework. We also have a Safety Officer in the building and are expanding the Family Outreach Coordinator’s responsibilities. Every class is outfitted with a peace corner and students are given tools to deal with conflicts.
