We believe that every student is gifted and has specific intelligences that must be nurtured. We provide students with equal opportunity for learning, discovery and development of their innate potential. We maintain a very low student-to-faculty/staff ratio, and we actively encourage students and staff to participate in the life of the school community. We provide ongoing training to our faculty and staff on safety and security issues. We have safety plans for emergency situations, which we practice throughout the year. Our code of conduct promotes positive behaviors for all students. Students are ambassadors of the school culture. The environment is warm and welcoming, and students can articulate their interests, accomplishments and ongoing projects. We are growing the next generation of creative leaders.
